All payments are securely processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund policies are determined by the individual event organizers. Please review the specific refund policy on the event page before making a purchase. If you have a dispute regarding a payment or refund, please contact the event organizer directly. The platform is not responsible for issuing refunds unless otherwise stated.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or an event. Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities or attempting to disrupt our services, will result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Organizer Responsibilities
If you create events on our platform, you are responsible for accurately describing the event, setting fair pricing, and handling customer service inquiries related to your event. You must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding your events.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our site. By continuing to use the platform after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
